I saw Target's new exclusive Halloween Kelly® Merry Monsters™ dolls yesterday. 
The boxes don't say which monsters they're supposed to be, but it's pretty obvious.
Miranda's dressed as the Bride of Frankenstein.

Kayla's dressed as Frankenstein's Monster.

This one is especially cool - she has green skin and painted-on hair detail with "stitches" on her forehead.

Interestingly, Kelly has a widow's peek just like her Target-exclusive Vampire forefather, Halloween Party® Tommy® doll from 2001...
It's disappointing to compare their costumes, though. 
Merry Monsters Kelly has a dress and a cape, whereas Halloween Party Tommy - who cost the same amount - has a vest, a shirt with attached pants, a double-faced cape with ribbon tie, and a stand. 
Hmm.
Merry Monsters Kelly, Kayla, and Miranda all have the 2006 "tall" Kelly® body with old heads (the open-mouth 1994 Kelly® head for Kayla and Miranda and the closed-mouth 1994 Kelly® head for Kelly).
